Four-G

Four-G is a locally operated homestay and tour company in Labuan Bajo, the gateway to Komodo National Park in Indonesia. Run by people who were born and live in the region, the business offers a close and authentic way to experience the territory through accommodation, boat tours, and journeys organized by those who truly know Komodo.

01 · The challenge

The challenge

Organizing tours, accommodation, itineraries, prices, and practical information for travelers from different countries, while building trust and facilitating direct contact with a local operation.

02 · Strategy

The strategy followed the real journey of someone planning a trip to a remote destination: understanding the possibilities, comparing experiences, resolving questions, and finally speaking directly with the local team. The information architecture was organized around traveler intent, preserving the personal nature of the operation and avoiding a booking system that would not reflect how the business actually works.

The solution

I developed a multilingual platform with a narrative centered on the territory and the people behind Four-G. The experience brings together accommodation, tours, itineraries, prices, and practical information in a clear and responsive journey. A trip planner turns each visitor’s choices into a contextual WhatsApp message, while reviews, frequently asked questions, and destination content help reduce uncertainty before the first contact.
